| COST, RULES AND REGULATIONS THE RENT HAS BEEN PAID AND THE KEYS ARE IN HAND! THANKS ALL!!!! 1. You are 100% responsible for any charges assessed against the damage deposit because of your actions. I simply won't tolerate any vandalisim or theft. Lauren Lander's has been kind enough to plunk down $500.00 damage deposit so we could secure this property. You are messing with her money as well as being a general creep if you break/steal stuff. 2. Be polite, respectful and courteous to your fellow travellers. |

| FOOD I have collected food money from all those interested. Thanks!! The food fund is going to cover MAIN meals 12/29 - 1/2/07. I.E. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Here is the breakdown of covered food - FRIDAY, DEC. 29TH - Dinner SATURDAY, DEC. 30TH - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner SUNDAY, DEC. 31ST - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner MONDAY, JANUARY 1ST - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner TUESDAY, JANUARY 2ND - Breakfast WHAT TO BRING? * BEVERAGES - Booze, water, sodas - essentially whatever you plan on drinking. Remember it is requested that each couple bring some sort of mixed drink (complete with mixer and any other ingredients) to share with the group and a case of "utility" beer. * SNACKS - I will not be buying sweets, chips, nuts, jerky, etc. If you want to bring these items, then do so although I think we will have plenty of food. * DVDS, CDS, MP3 PLAYERS, CAMERAS - We have a full media center set up, so bring any music or movies that you might want to watch. Remember your cameras to capture all of the nasty magic! * COSTUMES/BATHING SUITS - Don't forget your costumes for the Pajama Jam (12/29) and New Year's Space Party (12/31). Also, we have TWO hot tubs so bring a bathing suit. GENERAL RULES AND REMINDERS * NO SMOKING INDOORS. This includes bedrooms and other personal spaces. We will set up a designated smoking area outdoors. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS WHEN YOU EXTINGUISH YOUR CIGARETTES! THE DESERT BURNS EASILY! * IN THE EVENT OF RAIN, NO SHOES INSIDE - Let's make a proactive attempt to keep the place clean. * DON'T TOUCH THE TECH - We will have a lot of expensive audio/video equipment out and about, especially on New Year's eve. To greatly lessen the possbility of "user errors" (drinks being spilt on sound boards, wires being tripped over, etc.) PLEASE ASK IAN OR MANTOOTH FOR ASSISTANCE if you need to use any of it. DEPARTURE CARAVAN - FRIDAY, DEC. 29TH For those of you interested in caravaning with Charlotte and I this Friday.... WHEN: Meet at Charlotte's place at 1:00pm for 2:15pm departure. WHERE: 113 1/2 E. Pine St. Altadena, CA 91001 We want to be in the car and on the road by 2:15pm, so please arrive on time if you wish to go with us. |

Mr. Ian Kennedy will be bringing his portable DJ/Disco party set up to dance in the New Year. Did someone say Disco Ball? Yeah - that's right. Dress to impress! Be your favorite "space" character or create your own original space persona! Yes - this is my thinly veiled attempt to get all the women into tight, form fitting clothing but what the hoo? What the heck? HUH? |
